Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Every Ponuna item is printed after you place your order. Orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, so most orders arrive 6–9 business days after you order. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, weather and peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) can add a few days.

The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. We don't charge any handling fee on top of it.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order at any time on our Track your order page.
Orders with several items
Items in one order may be printed separately and arrive in more than one package. You only pay the shipping shown at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@ponuna.com right away; we can update the address until the order is printed. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll help you arrange reshipment (the new shipping cost applies).
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, shows delivered but you can't find the package, or your order arrives damaged, email support@ponuna.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and send a free replacement or a full refund if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
