This Privacy Policy explains how Ponuna ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from Ponuna at ponuna.com.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it), the items you buy and any order note.
- Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We don't receive or store your full card or bank details.
- Contact and support messages: what you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Checkout email: if you type your email address at checkout but don't finish your order, we may save it with your cart to send you a reminder (you can unsubscribe from these reminders with one click).
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To print, ship and deliver your order and send order and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To send cart reminders and, only if you agree, marketing emails. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.

- Merchize, our print and fulfillment partner, which prints and ships your order.
- PayPal, to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website (including spam protection on our contact form).
- Google Analytics, which helps us measure site traffic.
- Service providers that host the store and send our emails, under contracts that limit how they use your data.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences and measure traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use the site; you can learn more and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store may not work without them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@ponuna.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Abandoned-cart details are deleted within 90 days. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption and limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
