Our return window
You can return any item within 60 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
Returns for any reason
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return the item within 60 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. For these returns, the return shipping cost is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We don't charge any restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect (for example a misprint, smudge or misplaced design), or is not the product, color or size you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won't pay anything to return it — often we won't even need the item back. Please let us know within 60 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem.
How to start a return
- Email us first at support@ponuna.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason (with a photo if the item is damaged or defective).
- We'll reply with your return approval and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

We recommend a trackable shipping method; we can't refund items lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue your refund within 7 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method (for example PayPal or your card). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd rather exchange, tell us in your email and we'll arrange it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is printed. Email support@ponuna.com as soon as possible; once an order is in production it can no longer be canceled, but you can still return it under this policy.
